Job Description
Spectrum Healthcare Services, a medical staffing agency, is seeking a Social Worker for a facility in Mauston, WI.
Job Summary
The Social Worker position assists and supports patients and their families to identity areas of need. Works with the Case Manager of inpatient services to assist patients and their families.
Essential Job Duties
- Assists with discharge planning primarily in Acute Care.
- Work with Interdisciplinary team to identify needs.
- Discuss/arranges options, services, and resources to help with areas of need.
- Assist with Health Care Power of Attorney documents and other Advanced Directives as able.
- Professional documentation and paperwork for documentation of patients' charts and other jobs tasks and requirements.

- Length: 8 weeks initially, with possible extension
- Start Date: ASAP
- Shift: 9:00a-5:30p
- Weekly Hours: 40
- Pay Rate: $48.00 hr.
- EMR: Meditech
Job Requirements
- Requires at least 1 yr of Social Work experience
- BLS thru the AHA
- Must have a WI license
