Registered Nurse - Primary Care / Mount Vernon, TX
Job Description
Spectrum Healthcare Services, a healthcare staffing agency is recruiting for a Registered Nurse for a health center in Mount Vernon, TX.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Primary Care, Urgent Care and light Occupational Health duties to the employees inside a distribution center. This is a 2-person clinic, which also includes an MA. Patients are adults, ages 18-65. Number of patients generally seen per shift is 5-10. Duties include administering vaccines, OTC meds (with guidance of a nursing protocols), checking blood pressure, responding to emergency situations, and providing first aid.

Shifts: 7.5 hrs; M, W, F / 6:30a-2:30p and Tu, Thur / 10:30a-6:30p
Pay Rate: $40.00-$45.00 hr.
Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of RN experience, preferably in Occupational Health, ER, primary care or other ambulatory care
- Must have a current BLS thru the AHA
- Epic EMR
- Excellent communication skills
