Job Description
Spectrum Healthcare Services, a medical staffing agency, is seeking Med-Surg Registered Nurses for a facility in Fort Wayne, IN.
Job Summary
- The facility sees a diverse population of patients with varying diagnoses, including chronic illnesses such as COPD, Diabetes, CHF, end stage renal disease.
- They manage GI issues such as pancreatitis, bleeding, gastroparesis, inflammatory bowel diseases, infections such as pneumonia, cellulitis, sepsis, UTI, c-diff, etc.
- They care for patients with neurological issues such as stroke, dementia, traumatic brain injuries.
- They also have patients with mental health disorders, including depression, anxiety, substance abuse, etc.
- The patients will undergo procedures such as colonoscopies, thora and paracentesis, bronchoscopy, and minor surgeries (lap chole, incision and drainage, biopsies, amputation).

Shifts: 3:00a-3:30p, 3:00p-3:30a
Weekly Hours: 36
EMR: Epic
Travel Weekly Gross: $2,196/$61.00 hr.
Local Weekly Gross: $1,908/$53.00 hr
Job Requirements
- At least 2 yrs of Med-Surg experience
- Must have IN license or compact
- BLS thru the AHA
- Epic EMR experience required
