Position Details
- Setting: Acute Rehab Hospital
- Employment Type: Local Contract
- Length: 13 weeks
- Start Date: Within 4 weeks of interview

Job Requirements
- Requires at least 2 yrs of Acute Case Manager experience
- BLS required thru the AHA
- Must have a WI license or compact
