Job Description
Spectrum Healthcare Services, a healthcare staffing agency is seeking a Registered Nurse for an employer-based primary care and occupational health clinic in Galveston, TX.
Essential Duties
- Uses nursing skills to evaluate patient care needs, prioritize treatment, and maintain patient flow.
- Conducts testing services, such as drug testing, breath alcohol testing, pre-employment physicals, and performs other medical tests as needed.
- Phlebotomy, check-in/check-out, referrals, schedule appointments
Position Details
Employment Type: Temporary
Length: Approx 6 weeks, maybe longer
Target Start Date: ASAP
Shift: Mon-Fri from 8a-4:30p
Weekly Hours: 40
Hourly Rate: $45.00-$48.00 hr.
Job Requirements
- Must have at least 2 yrs of RN experience, primary care or occupational health experience is a plus
- BLS certification through AHA required
- Phlebotomy experience required
