Job Description
Spectrum Healthcare Services, a healthcare staffing agency, is seeking a temporary Program Specialist for a social services organization in Philadelphia, PA.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Leads the individual teams to ensure full support in everyday life for those with developmental and physical disabilities.
- Develops and guides services needed for community inclusion and ensure all support is consumer-driven and reflective of the agency’s mission and values.
- Serve as the point person between HCSIS and assigned Consumers, ensuring ISPs are accurate, services are provided, and plans of corrections are implemented.

Work Setting: Residential Group Home
Job Type: Temporary
Length: 13 weeks
Shift: 7:00a-3:30p
Weekly Hours: 40
Hourly Rate: $28.00-$32.00 hr.
Job Requirements
- Master's degree from an accredited college or university and one (1) year of experience working directly with persons with disabilities
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and 2 years of experience working directly with persons with disabilities
- Driver's license is required
