Job Description
Spectrum Healthcare Services, a medical staffing agency, is recruiting for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a clinic in Forth Worth, TX
Essential Duties
- Provides primary care to employees of a business and their dependents.
- Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to identify and assess patients’ clinical problems and health care needs.
- Records physical findings, and formulates plan and prognosis, based on patients' condition.
- Provides written home-going instructions.
- Collaborates with Physician and other health professionals to prepare comprehensive patient care plan as necessary.
- Prescribes or recommends medications or other forms of treatment.
- Refers patients to Physician for consultation or to specialized health resources for treatment.
- Patient age range is 2yrs+.
- Epic EMR
Position Details
- Work Setting: Employer-based wellness clinic
- Job Type: PRN
- Length: various shifts throughout the year
- Start Date: ASAP
- Shift: 2:30p-11:00p
- Pay Rate: $65.00 hr.
Job Requirements
- Current state Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioners Licensure
- At least 3 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Prior primary care or family medicine experience required
- Current State DEA Licensure
- Current BLS thru the AHA
- Epic experience
