Job Description
Spectrum Healthcare Services, a healthcare staffing agency, is seeking a Medical Office Assistant/Medical Receptionist for a clinic in Colorado Springs, CO.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Front office duties for primary care clinic.
- Greets patients, answers the phone, schedules appointments, and patient check in/out.
- Sends messages to providers.
- Maintains patient confidentiality.
- Epic EMR

Work Setting: Employer-based clinic
Job Type: Temporary
Start Date: ASAP
Length: 6 weeks
Shift: Mon-Fri, 7:30a-4:00p
Weekly Hours: 40
Pay Rate: $17.00-$18.00 hr.
Job Requirements
- Must have at least 2 yrs experience as a Medical Office Assistant or Medical Receptionist
- Must have Epic EMR experience
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Friendly and pleasant demeanor, with excellent customer service skills
