Job Description
Spectrum Healthcare Services, a healthcare staffing agency, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse or Certified Medical Assistant for a clinic in downtown Louisville, KY.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Rooms patients, vitals, allergy injections, vaccines, EKGs, phlebotomy, immunizations, medication administration
- Front desk duties and prior authorizations
- Patient ages range from newborn to adults
- Epic EMR
Position Details
Work Setting: Employer-based clinic
Job Type: Temporary
Length: approx 11 weeks
Shift: Mon-Fri, 8:00a-4:30p
Weekly Hours: 40
LPN Pay Rate: $28.00-$30.00 hr.
MA Pay Rate: $21.00-$23.00 hr.
Job Requirements
- Must have excellent blood draw skills
- BLS certification through AHA required
- At least 2 yrs of of LPN/MA experience in a medical office or clinic preferred
- Friendly and pleasant demeanor, with excellent customer service
