We are recruiting for a Help Desk Technician for a 13-week contract assignment at a healthcare facility. Hours are Mon-Fri from 7:00a-3:30p or 10a-6:30p. Some weekends may be required for go live projects.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  • Provides front-line end user technical support for our end users.
  • Position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, triaging incoming service requests and quickly resolving issues.
  • Escalates advanced issues to the appropriate technical resource as needed.
  • Install, maintain and support workstations, laptops, thin clients, printers, scanners, phones, mobile devices and related equipment.
  • Software support including Windows 7/10, Microsoft Office, Citrix, Imprivata, and Active Directory.
  • Document, track and monitor service requests.

     

At least one year prior experience in a helpdesk or desktop support role. Preferably in healthcare.
