Job Description
Spectrum Healthcare is recruiting for an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner for a medical practice in Louisville, KY.
Essential Duties
- Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to identify and assess patients’ clinical problems and health care needs.
- Records physical findings, and formulates plan and prognosis, based on patients' condition.
- Provides written home-going instructions.
- Collaborates with Physician and other health professionals to prepare comprehensive patient care plan as necessary.
- Refers patients to Physician for consultation or to specialized health resources for treatment.
- Maintains electronic medical records.
- Responsible for 15-20 patients per shift.

- Employment Type: Temporary, possible perm for the right candidate

- Shift: Tue, Thur 9:00a-7:00p and Fri, 9:00a-4:00p

Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner
- BLS thru the AHA
- TB
- DEA
