Job Description
Spectrum Healthcare Services, a healthcare staffing agency, is seeking a temporary Certified Medical Assistant for a primary care clinic in Chandler, AZ. Floats between 2 locations in Chandler and Ocotillo, AZ.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- This position is both front and back office.
- Rooms patients, obtains patient history and vital signs, room set-up, EKGs.
- Schedules appointments and makes follow up phone calls to patients.
- Gives injections or treatments and performs phlebotomy.
- Performs administrative tasks.
- Keys data into computer to maintain clinic and patient records.
- Primary Care ages 2+.

Work Setting: Employer-based health clinic
Job Type: Temporary
Length: approx 12 weeks
Start Date: ASAP
Shift: Mon-Fri, 8:00a-5:00p
Weekly Hours: 40
Hourly Rate: $21.00-$23.00 hr.
Job Requirements
- Must have excellent blood draw skills
- BLS certification through AHA required
- At least 2 yrs of of medical assisting experience
- Must be Certified or Registered
