Job Description
Spectrum Healthcare Services, a healthcare staffing agency, is seeking a temporary Certified Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist for a fast-paced primary care clinic in Lacrosse, WI.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Rooms patients, obtains patient history and vital signs, room set-up.
- Gives injections or treatments and performs phlebotomy.
- Primary Care ages 2+.
- Epic EMR
Position Details
Work Setting: Employer-based health clinic
Job Type: Temporary
Length: approx 6 weeks but possibly longer
Start Date: ASAP
Shift: Mon-Tue, 6:30a-3:00p, Wed, 8:45a-3:45p, Thur, 8:45a-5:45p, Fri, 8:00a-4:00p
Weekly Hours: 40
Hourly Rate: $21.00-$23.00 hr.
Job Requirements
- Must have excellent blood draw skills
- BLS certification through AHA required
- At least 2 yrs of of medical assisting experience
- Must be Certified or Registered
