Job Description

Spectrum Healthcare Services, a healthcare recruiting agency, is seeking a full-time Emergency Medicine Nurse Practitioner in Albuquerque, NM.

Essential Duties and  Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality, timely emergency medical care to patients.
  • Assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of conditions in collaboration with the emergency care team.
  • Support daily operations of the emergency department, ensuring efficient patient flow and continuity of care.
  • Manage day-to-day activities in the emergency department. 
  • Supervise nursing staff in emergency care settings.

Salary: $153K-$178K

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program and successful completion of an approved nurse practitioner program
  • Valid Nurse Practitioner licensure in the state of NM
  • At least 2 years of emergency medicine experience 
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with patients, peers, and other stakeholders
