Job Description
Spectrum Healthcare Services, a healthcare staffing agency, is seeking an Licensed Practical Nurse or Certified Medical Assistant for a clinic in Sunbury, OH.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assists with patient care to employees of a business.
- Front and back office duties.
- Urine drug screens, hearing screens, workers' comp, and primary care services.
- Obtains vital signs and draws blood.
- Registering patients; check in/out.
Position Details
Setting: Employer-based primary care and occupational health clinic
Employment Type: Temporary
Length: approx 10 weeks, possibly longer (could turn into a perm position for right candidate)
Shift: Mon, 7a-4p, Tue, 6a-7p, W, 7a-4p, Thur, 10a-7p, Fri, 7a-4p
Weekly Hours: 40
LPN Rate: $20.00-$22.00 hr.
CMA Rate: $25.00-$30.00 hr.
Job Requirements
- Must have excellent blood draw skills
- BLS certification through AHA required
- At least 2 yrs of of medical office experience preferred
