Spectrum Healthcare Services is seeking a Clinical Coordinator for our client in McKee, KY.  This is a full-time, exempt, direct hire position. Hours are Mon-Fri 8:00a-4:00p. Company is offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Job Summary

Responsible for overseeing clinical services for families, including children, within the Family Recovery Program. Requires a balanced mix of skills and knowledge, including working with individuals dealing with substance use disorders, applying cognitive-behavioral therapies, utilizing community resources, and serving as a positive role model.  

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Manages caseload and client needs.
• Works effectively with referral sources.
• Documents services through current, complete records.
• Counseling on personal, family financial, employment, behavioral, crisis, and substance abuse matters.
• Advises other staff on treatment matters and coordinates team treatment as appropriate.
• Participates in regular client review.
• Participates in weekly clinical supervision.
• Conducts group and individual sessions daily.
• Maintains billing requirements.
• Performance quality improvement (PQI) duties as assigned by supervision & PQI committee.

• Shows empathy and respect to individuals with mental illness, substance abuse disorders, and HIV/AIDS
• Understands and adheres to agency, personnel, and program policies and procedures
• Required to possess knowledge and comprehension of current treatment methods
• Priority will be given to candidates capable of training and supervising clinical staff and interns, and those open to on-call and evening work when necessary
• At least a Master's degree in social work or a related field, along with the accompanying certification (CSW, MFT, LCPA)
• Candidates with a clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC) are preferred
• Priority is given to candidates with practical experience in behavioral health and substance use issues during their practicum
