Job Description
Spectrum Healthcare Services, a healthcare staffing agency, is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant for a clinic in Appleton, WI.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Front and back office duties, rooming patients and obtaining vital signs, phlebotomy.
- Answering the phone, scheduling and patient check in/out.
- Age range, 2 yrs+.
Position Details
Setting: Employer-based primary care health clinic
Employment Type: Temporary (possible temp-to-hire for the right candidate)
Length: approx 14 weeks but possibly longer
Start Date: ASAP
Shift: Mon-Tue, 7:00a-4:00p, Wed-Thur, 9a-5:30p, Fri, 8:00a-1:00p
Weekly Hours: 25
Hourly Rate: $20.00-$22.00 hr.
Job Requirements
- Must have excellent blood draw skills
- BLS certification through AHA required
- At least 2 yrs of of medical assisting experience
- Must be Certified
